For safety reasons, we ask our visitors to observe the following guidelines when visiting the fair: 

COAT CHECK AND BAGS 
You can leave larger items of luggage, bags and coats in our coat checks free of charge. Larger items of luggage, suitcases and trolleys may not be taken into the exhibition hall and must be handed in at the cloakroom. 

GASTRONOMY 
You are welcome to visit our restaurant with international cuisine, our coffee bar or the champagne bar in both exhibition halls. Visitors are not permitted to bring their own food. 

ACCESSIBILITY 
The entire area of the MARX HALLE is accessible at ground level and barrier-free. The MARX HALLE is also equipped with barrier-free sanitary facilities. Mobility aids may be taken into the exhibition hall. Designated disabled parking spaces are located directly in front of the MARX HALLE in Karl-Farkas-Gasse. Only assistance dogs may be taken into the exhibition. 

PROHIBITED ITEMS 
When entering the event, bags may be checked by our security staff. Large bags, suitcases, umbrellas, bicycles or other sports equipment (scooters, skateboards etc.) and other dangerous objects that could cause damage are not permitted in the exhibition. The house rules of the MARX HALLE apply. Dogs and other pets are not permitted (with the exception of assistance dogs). 

PHOTOGRAPHY 
We kindly ask you not to disturb galleries and visitors when taking private photos. By visiting the fair, you agree that photographs of you may be used for marketing purposes and media reports. 

DISTRIBUTION OF MARKETING MATERIAL
